I don’t even know what to say about these.  Mr. Fish makes these around the holidays and we end up going sideways. They are delicious, deceptively strong, and definitely something you should try.

 

What you need to make 35-45 2oz servings:

• Package of Instant Pudding (5.9oz package – It should call for 3 cups of milk on the back of the package)
  • Banana Creme, Chocolate, and Oreo Cookies ‘n Creme mix well with specific vodkas
• Milk (I prefer whole, but 2% should work, not sure about others)
• Vodka
  • Pinnacle Whip vodka with Banana Creme
  • Smirnoff Raspberry vodka with chocolate
  • Regular non-bottom shelf vodka with Cookies ‘n Creme
• 2 tubs of Cool Whip original
• Utensils
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Measuring device
  • Whisk
  • Spatula
  • lots of 2oz cups with lids (~$6 for a pack of 100)

Instructions
If this is your first time making these, just do one batch at a time. Seriously. I learned the hard way.

1. Pour the whole package of pudding mix in the bowl
2. Pour 1.5 cups of vodka into the bowl
3. Pour 1.5 cups of milk into the bowl
4. Whisk until all the lumps and clumps are gone
5. Fold in 1.5 tubs of Cool Whip into the bowl (you can use 1 tub, but it sets better with 1.5)
   
6. Whisk until it’s super smooth consistency
7. Pour into the 2oz cups and pop the lids on
   
   
   
8. Toss into a box or container and into the freezer overnight (1 full day is better)
   
   
9. Share and enjoy!
